The City Clerk’s staff prepares the agenda and attends all City Council meetings to record actions taken. Minutes are transcribed in draft form, and are generally prepared and presented to the City Council for adoption at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
Following City Council meetings, the City Clerk’s Office coordinates the execution of ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, bond releases, and other official documents approved by the City Council.

City Council agendas and minutes are available online. Agendas are available Thursday afternoon, the week prior to a Council meeting. Minutes are available following approval, usually at the subsequent meeting.
