Besides being the environmentally correct thing to do, it will save money on water, fertilizer, mowing and other maintenance. By decorative grass I mean the grass in front of City Hall and trimming sidewalks all over the city. Grass in parks such as Central Park should be kept as that is not strictly decorative.

By decorative grass I mean the grass in front of City Hall and trimming sidewalks all over the city. Grass in parks such as Central Park should be kept as that is not strictly decorative.
